John Ditto is the President and founder of Hamilton Creek Partners. Prior to founding the firm in 2023, John was President of StateStreet Group, LLC for over 20 years, and previously worked as an asset manager for EastGroup Properties. John graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1994. He has lived in Nashville since relocating with his family from Mississippi in 2018. John enjoys tennis, golf and travel.

Edward Waud is the Chief Operating Officer of Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Edward was Vice President of Acquisitions at StateStreet Group, LLC for 8 years. Edward graduated with a degree in finance from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. He lives in Nashville with his wife and four kids.

Trish Hildebrand serves as Controller of Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Trish worked in health insurance, manufacturing/wholesale, and public accounting industries. Trish graduated from Mississippi College and earned the Certified Information Technology Professional designation from the AICPA. Trish is a member of the AICPA and Mississippi Society of CPAs. Trish and her husband, Bill, reside in Mississippi and enjoy spending time with their family and son.

Sarah Clark serves as Vice President of Administration of Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Sarah served as an officer at Parkway Properties, Inc. for over 27 years. Sarah graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed Harvard Business School’s Management Development Program. She is a member of the AICPA and the Mississippi Society of CPAs. Sarah resides in Mississippi and enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Lorna Doone Archer serves as Vice President of Property Management at Hamilton Creek Partners LLC. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the properties within the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Lorna Doone worked for StateStreet Group, LLC for many years in various capacities. Lorna Doone is a Mississippi native and has enjoyed living in Nashville since 2018.

Scott Fishel serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC. Prior to this role, Scott served as an Acquisitions Associate for StateStreet Group, LLC and Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family Partners. Scott graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and received his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Scott is a Nashville native, who enjoys all things Music City related.

Liz Voelker serves as the Office Manager at Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC. Liz graduated from the University of Missouri in 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Accountancy degrees. Liz enjoys the live music and nature trails Nashville offers.
